The District of Columbia and Territory Quarters Program was a one-year coin program in 2009 where coins for 6 U.S. territories were made: The District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. The front of the quarters is the exact same as that of the 50 state quarters, with the face of George Washington.
